The SPGI Department is pleased to welcome Alan R. Palmiter, Professor Emeritus at the School of Law, Wake Forest University (USA), as a Visiting Professor during October–November 2025.
During his stay, Prof. Palmiter will deliver three seminars under the overarching theme The Meta-crisis: Law in Transition, exploring the evolving nature of law and reflecting on the shift from “reason” to “awareness” in contemporary legal and social thought.
All sessions will be held in Seminar Room 2 (via del Santo 28), according to the following schedule:
