Workshop | EU Funding System and Project Design

The workshop allows students to explore some working practices and tools commonly used by the project officers of organisations working with EU funding. It is designed as a foundation course; therefore, it does not require previous knowledge or experiences on the subject.
Organised in working groups according to their thematic interests, participants will first choose and analyse one EU funding programme and then develop a project idea for the participation in a related call for proposals. At the end of the workshop, the participants are expected to acquire:
- Basic knowledge on the European funding system (EC fund management, main EU financial programmes and calls for proposals), and ability to get the relevant information on EU grants.
- Basic knowledge on methods and tools for project designing, and competences for the development of project ideas relevant to an EU call for proposal.
The workshop is dedicated to EGoS students.
The number of participants is limited to 23.
