Workshop | Experts in Global Human Rights Governance

As part of the Course on Human Rights and International Politics taught by Prof. Pietro De Perini (MA in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance, A.Y. 2025–26), the workshop Experts in Global Human Rights Governance: The Role of National Human Rights Institutions and Other will be held with the participation of Valentina Carraro (Leiden University’s Institute of Security and Global Affairs).

The workshop, taking place over two sessions (7 November and 18 December 2025, 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00), will explore the role and challenges of National Human Rights Institutions within the broader framework of global human rights governance.

Venue: Library of Human Rights Center ‘Antonio Papisca’, Via Beato Pellegrino 29, Padua.
